EndpointHub was built on one simple principle: the data you import to analyze never leaves your browser. This page explains exactly what that means in practice.

How the tools process your data

Every EndpointHub tool (Endpoint Reconciliation, Endpoint Analytics, Security Advisor, Log Analyser, Asset Intelligence Control) reads the files you select directly on your computer, using the browser's standard FileReader API. Processing — parsing, cross-referencing, computing metrics — happens entirely on your device, in JavaScript running in the open tab. At no point are these files sent over the network to EndpointHub or to any other server.

What we don't collect

These tools have no backend: there's no upload, no database storing the content of your files, and we don't use any analytics, tracking, or session-recording service (no Google Analytics, Hotjar, Sentry, or similar). We also don't use cookies. The only thing saved in your browser is your theme preference (light/dark) and sidebar state, kept in `localStorage` — never the content of imported files.

Hosting and infrastructure

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs standard technical metadata for any web request (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operation, security, and abuse-prevention purposes — as any hosting provider does. These logs are unrelated to the content of the files you import into the tools, which, as explained above, never reach a server.

Google Fonts

The site's typefaces are loaded directly from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which exposes your IP address to Google at load time — standard behavior for any site using Google Fonts this way.

Who is responsible for the data you import

The files you upload (Intune, Defender, Entra ID, CMDB exports, etc.) typically contain personal data belonging to your organization's employees. Since this content is never received, stored, or transmitted by EndpointHub, responsibility as the data controller for that content remains entirely with your organization — the same one that already held this data before using the tool.

Changes to this policy

If the site's architecture changes in a way that affects what's described here, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
